Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! This day is all about declaring your love for someone, and what better way to do that than by getting married? So if you’re planning a February wedding, make it Valentine themed. There are so many cute but classy ways to bring this festive feel to your big day.
Set the tone for your big day with adorable valentine save the dates. Add cute little sayings to your engagement photos and you’re set! This is a save-the-date your guests are sure to hang on to.
Valentine Color Scheme
My favorite part of Valentine’s Day is the color scheme: red, pink and white. This is the only time of year that pink and red look really great together, so make the most of it. Or go for an understated color palette with red and white or pink and white.
Roses and Carnations
Roses and carnations have always been associated with Valentine’s Day so be sure to include these florals in your bouquets and centerpieces.
Unique shaped cakes are a big trend this year. If you’re having a Valentine’s Day celebration, opt for a fun heart-shaped cake.
Hearts are the symbol of both love and Valentine’s Day so have fun incorporating them in as much décor as you can. Hearts can easily be mixed into the centerpieces, bouquets and place cards. You could even get heart shaped confetti for the send-off!
All of these décor ideas will help you create a beautiful Valentine’s Day theme wedding without it being over the top! So if you’re having a fun Valentine’s Day wedding be sure to enjoy it and say “be mine!” to the love of your life.
